missing packages ! – I'VE BEEN SHIPPING MY PACKAGES THROUGH THEM LATELY , AND JUST RECENTLY TWO HAVE COME UP MISSING . SO I'VE BEEN FORCE TO REFUND MY CUSTOMERS MONEY. Go to Office Max instead!! – Our family spends at least $500.00 a yr at this location since its in the neighborhood. We have always had poor customer service but today was the last straw. We purchased $80.00 worth of ink for our new Epson printer two weeks ago. After literally 3 color prints (not even full color) the printer is telling us to replace the inks.
