Close at 7pm and apparently they lock the doors a few minutes before that. Even with two customers outside to buy ink before 7:01, one being a teenager begging because she has Finals the next day, the lady tells us they're on corporate time and are not allowed to open the doors once they're locked. So we went to Best Buy where we got our ink AND good customer service. (And so did the other lady!)
Took my phone in to get the screen replaced. Charged almost $200 for same day replacement. They had to send my phone off because the screens they had made a line down my phone. SO the broke screen didn't make a line but the new one did!!!!???? Told me 3-5 days to get it fixed. We are now on day 4 and they are telling me another 3 more days. SO 7 DAYS now to get my phone fixed. If it is back by then. DO NOT take your phones to this store. Horrible.
