Horrible experience. So rude will not be back. Girl texting while we were trying to get a work chair. Guy at front was rude as hell yelled cause the price wasn’t right. Maybe get nicer people. Or fix the issue of rude as workers!!!!!

I love the friendly staff; management is resourceful as well as all the employees. David, the copier "specialist," is awesome; he's always smiling.
I have had now two terrible experiences with this store. Customer service is 0 and if you want anything outside of their "policy" forget it. I called this morning and could not get the employee to take a simple walk back to the backpack area to check on a backpack. I had the brand, model, and type, but it is too difficult for him because of "all" the backpacks they have. I love me some Staples.
I especially love the discounts I receive as a local realtor.
