Would give a zero if i could. WORST customer service. Rude, especially at the copy printing place. Have dropped off items to be printed, always screws it up. This time , dropped off large order for school, was told ready for pick up on Saturday. Went in, one part ready, the other wasn't even touched. Even the manager said they didn't realize. Worst customer service ever!!! Do not order same day photos from them, you will not get...and the manager will tell you "sorry sometimes bad things happen"!
Awful EXPERIENCE, MONICA THE ASSOCIATE. SHE IS IN HERE WITH LIME GREEN BRIGHT SOCKS, BOOTY SHORTS, AND JUST LOOKN LIKE SHE ROLLED OUT OF BED. I REALLY DIDN'T APPRECIATE WAITING FOR A CANVAS THAT WAS PUT IN YESTERDAY AND SHE SAID IT WOULD BE DONE TODAY..... TELL ME WHY SHE IS JUST NOW STARTING ON IT ........ REALLY...... #THANKSALOT FOR WASTING MY TIME. AND PLEASE DON'T EVER COME INTO WORK WITH THAT OUTFIT YOU CALL A UNIFORM....
After standing in line for over thirty-five minutes I was told he could not help me with making copies since I needed more then 20 copies. Then spoke to manager for which stated we only have three people working the entire store what did I expect her to do. DAVID SCHEDULES and is the store manager for which does not scheduled correct. Really. A waste of time. Not to mention that there is now a line of more then six people of which all need copies. A total waste of time.
Just had the worst experience ever! Placed a print job online, received an email that it was ready to pick up. I drive to the store and my order is not ready and nobody was aware of my order. Then they tell me the file was missing. When I looked at the paperwork the store printed the attachment was there. I had to call home and have the file emailed to me so that I could email it to the store and start all over.
