The ppl at the print center are always extremely helpful no matter what I need done. I have been coming to this location for several years for all my business and educational printing needs and they have always helped me get the job done in a timely manner no matter how big or small. I have been on hold for 17 minutes...for a simple question...do you have the HP 7740 printer in stock? I was in the store a few nights ago and not one of the 3 salespeople offered to help me. I was there for 20 minutes. Nothing. This store needs to fire everyone and start over. Management- are you paying attention?
Friendly, helpful staff. Had all of the products that we needed.
