I was just in this store on Missouri Ave this morning in Clearwater FL trying to ship a package via Fed Ex ground. The two women trying to help me, I believe were Donna and Casey. Both very nice but unfortunately VERY untrained. I helped them and in waiting over 45 minutes they still were unable to get my shipment to go through. The manager was mysteriously on a conference call. It was not Donna nor Casey's fault. I blame the manager Ivy Bryan for this. good customer service is it huge organize I was very happy with customer service
Delivery service is horrible. I have now taken 2 days off work waiting for them. If the item is not in stock they will not ship it to the store to allow the customer to pick it up even though you have already paid for it. There is no delivery window just all day waiting for them to show.. They also will not leave it at the doorstep. Friday I was assured it would be delivered today by noon. Its now 12:30pm and I called only to be told it would be before 5. Next time I am going to Staples.

I have had the most horrible experience with office depot the past few weeks. I have sent several print jobs through their online process. Every time it says that the order is being held. The first time it took 5 days & still nothing saying the order was done so I went into the store, after waiting in line for 15 minutes they said it's a problem with the card that was used to pay for the order. They were able to manually retrieve the order & print I had to pay again then wait 7-10 days for them to process the refund. I place... read more
