I ordered a desk on 8/14/2020 for store pick up. Online my order shows it was ready and had arrived at the store on Monday 8/17/2020. I called Monday to check if it was there and the associate said it was not in. I called Tuesday and Wednesday and told the associate that it was showing it had arrived and both days the informed me it was not there. Worst customer service from Nessa from the printing counter. She applies her own rules as to how she helps customers. She treats people on how they look. I was there to print some items and she was being very friendly to a white person in front of me. When it was my turn and I am a POC she completely changed her attitude and was extremely rude. Didn’t want to even look at me when I would talk to her and would just say I don’t know to most of my questions.
This is, by far, the best office supplies store I've visited in the lower valley. Their customer service is exceptional. If they don't have an answer, they find it. This teacher loves Brownsville's Office Depot!
I needed to purchase 200 spiral notebooks for a back to school event and when the limit is 6 it was amazing to have such helpful staff. Omar made sure it was something that could be done before I put 200 notebooks in my cart and David Davila was extremely patient but quick behind the register. Thank you guys for everything. This was about 30 minutes ago, so with it being the day before school starts I'm sure they've had a hectic week. Keep up the great work guys. People appreciate it
I just wanted to say that the customer service yesterday was excellent. Thanks to the manager Carlos I was able to finish my daughters invitations on time. I highly recommend them..Great Job
Love the store. The employees are very helpful. They go out of their way to help the customers. The store is always clean and it's eady to find what you're looking for. I won't shop anywhere else for my office supplies.
Was asked to leave while designing some graduation invitations because employ needed the computer. Not happy about that!!!
