I ordered a Workpro 4 drawers vertical file cabinet today and after my transaction went trough and I received an email confirmation, I rent a U haul to pick it up by my self because the first time I bought I came with multiple dents and I returned it. Have sat on hold interminably twice for printing sept today. If you can’t be bothered to answer the phone, don’t think I’ll be bothered to walk in your store! From looks of your reviews new management is in order!!
The manager was very rude and disrespectful to a teacher. He refused to look up our tax exempt number. I had to call corporate and another store to just get even get checked out. Very disappointed.
I usually don't give reviews if the service is average however if the service is downright rude you better believe I will warn the consumer to beware! I needed printing done so I ordered online to pick up in store, total printing came to $9.30 plus tax which I wanted to pay cash in store however it kept on insisting I prepay with my credit card so I decided to call this store and see how I can pay cash, unfortunately lady named Rachel informed me it would cost me $13.50 plus tax! I dropped off 6 shipping packages to the store and one of them was a Fedex package. Store mishandled the package and it was never handed to Fedex (not scanned). When I addressed the issue, I basically got ignored for over a week (despite 3 times visit to the store to address the failure). I was basically dismissed, given wrong solutions, kept on hold for over 30 minutes when called again after a week with no answer. Now Rachel do not even talk to me avoiding me. $450 package lost due to their mishandling.
I was treated very poorly at this location! I went in to try and print out my daughter's birthday invitations when the lady at the counter told me that she was unable to do them today because she was TOO busy for my service , she had other things to do that need to be done first! She told me I could try the core test location which I drove almost 20 minutes already to get the this location. Overall just the way I was treated and how she talk to me was very rude and not good customer service at all!!!!
