we shop here lots and it is because the staff is great to us.... we print here even more now because roger the print master treats us so well and is always on time when we are in a rush
The cashier seemed very annoyed to be there. The ad was very misleading for a back to school sale they were having. I don't go to Office Depot very often since every time I go I seem to have similar experiences. Staples will have my business from here on out. Staples has always given me positive customer service and has always been honest with me....take a lesson from them Office Depot.
So the general manager is such a prick...disrespect customers we pick a copies there and wouldn't even give us we ask to charge on the account we wanted to..ask to check it on their system but such a racist a*** wouldn't check it worst customer service and we called the corporate to do this ridiculous
I went here for printing a poster and they told me it wouldn't be done until 4 PM on the next day. So when I came to pick it up the next day one of the files was printed wrong and they told me they didn't have time to reprint it...needless to say, I won't be coming here for printing anymore.
Not sure why it takes 6 1/2 hours to spiral bind a book when other places can do it while you wait. There was no one in the store when I dropped it off and no one in the store when I went to pick it up. There were 4-5 employees chatting though. I'm guessing she was planning on doing it five minutes before it was promised. I came 40 minutes early and it wasn't ready now I have to wait two more days to pick up my order.
