Terrible customer service, walked in to buy a new desk chair, 2 of the employees were playing computer games, never got helped or waited on, finally after 15 mins of standing there I left and spent my 300 dollars elsewhere, several employees looked right at me and never said a word, I asked one for help and he acted like he didn’t hear me!
Horrible service. Just went into this location to have a poster printed that I purchased online. Etsy recommended to go to Office Depot to have printed. Reviews I read on Etsy said so easy just take to Office Depot. They refused to print at this location. The guy was to busy sweeping the floor he didn’t even care. I will never shop here again. They just lost my business. I was also going to purchase a printer, ink, and photo paper for a photo booth but I will take my business elsewhere from now on.
Very disappointed. I engaged Steven at the printing desk for a small project, a group of cards for our curriculum to be printed, cut and laminated. He was clearly discouraging me from the onset, even given a two week timeline to complete. Finally I asked him outright if he was intentionally discouraging my business.
