The Office Depot on Cherry Road is very disorganized, and often, ordering online for in store pick up just doesn’t quite work.
I took a perfectly centered document designed in Illustrator and after two trips and several attempts, they still couldn't center the printouts. I had to buy my own stock and ink and print them myself. I took them to have them cut (with crop marks) and they couldn't even cut them centered. They missed the crop marks by 1/8"!
Pick up the merchandise that was mis-delivered from the canceled order and credit my account back.
The printing department helped me bring my dream to life. I had 3 years worth of letters from WWII that I wanted made into books for my family. Brooks and the other lady working (I can’t remember her name, I’m so sorry) were so very patient and interested in what we were doing. When he pushed the cover page over to me I broke down into tears. My dream was a reality. I appreciate your help so much. It would not have been possible without y’all!
