as long as you require masks, I will not be shopping at your store. as far as customer service goes, your binding machine never works and I can't order online and pick up without having to stand in line at the copy center.
Complete apathy from employees -why are you working in service when you hate it???? Also, get with the times and update your copyrighted printing policies!!!! There now is a legal form that the public signs releasing you of any liability if I am printing copyrighted material -hello???? Big mistake! I just spent $300 getting all my copies at FedEx Kinkos Printing services!!!! Your loss Office Depot!

Completely wasted my time!! They don't have what I'm asking for, yet don't bother to tell me the whole time I'm explaining what I need, even asking if they can print in color on what I'm needing to a manager.. than when I ask, so do I just email the pics to you, he proceeds to tell me oh well we don't have any... WTH?!?! Why not tell me the whole conversation we are having that you don't have any?
