Went to office depot in San Ramon, and spoke to Richard, he was not able to help my husband and I and there were two more people waiting to be helped, so we went to Office Depot in Dublin, Tim Chapman was there he was quite efficient and tried to help us, seniors over 70 yrs. old, and we are not tech experts, when the Assistant Manager, John Lincoln came from nowhere and told us in his cold tone of voice " You have to make an appointment and we charge $50.00 every half hour that we service you!
