My office is a short distance from your store, very convenient. But your service and commitment to quality is not there. I just stopped by to ask of an exchange of a chair mat that fell apart in less than 2 years. I was told that it can't be done. I have been in business for 35 plus years, I have never experienced a product of such poor quality, how could a national retailer subject their customers to that. Plus, over the past several years I have attempted to use your shipping and printing services with not much success.
