Lisa spent time with me to make sure that my color copies were done perfectly. She recommended some very nice paper to use, and even helped me upload my document from my laptop. The service and help that I received from both Lisa and Michael was A-1!
Friendly staff!
Terrible customer service. They have 2 people in the entire store. Both hanging out behind the counter. The gentleman I’m assuming was the manager was too lazy to assist in finding an item. He says , “if they have it it’s on the wall over there.” I go and look but the one that may or may not be the right item, has the label covered by the security box. Lol! He was still hanging out waiting for the day to be over rather than assist a paying customer. Now I understand why Office Depot is on its way out of business.
I have a special needs child whose behavior isn’t exactly that of a model child. I come into Office Depot over the library for my copy and printing needs because the staff is always sooooo kind and understanding about the challenges with my son’s behavior. Today Robert was SOOOOO nice and kind to me & my kid that I shed tears in the car & now while I’m writing this. These guys really know how to take care of customers. If you’re looking to get some custom work done- pictures, business cards, posters, or other projects, come here. I worked with the manager and another employee on a funeral project and they went above and beyond. Thank you so much.
