Just wanted to do an even exchange of a flashdrive-64 gb. However, the Asst. Manager, Josh refused to identify himself and title at first--stated, "It is none of your business!" He continued to berate me and talk down to me, even calling me a "liar." Up to this point, I spent quite a bit of money in this store buying school supplies, ink for 3 copiers, computer chair, etc. After being treated so poorly by a member of management, I will NOT shop in their store again.
