After this location remodeled their store and added “self serve” printing station it was great, then the computers stopped working so we had to go to the main desk and use their computer, but they have a metal roof so internet sucks and they told me I had to go outside to pull something up on my phone that I needed printed, wha what?!?!? The printer/ copiers majority of the time has lost connectivity and are not working, so frustrating. So I will be looking for a new place to do my printing that is needed for my job. Everytime I come in here, it’s because I have a big event that I am trying to organize! Normally, I am freaking out because by the time the programs are officially finalized, it is last minute. Through many different issues, no matter who I deal with at the Print & Copy department, they are always saving the day with a smile on their face!!!! I love this Office Depot and the staff.
I am a small buisness owner and I went in today for in for my printer they only had the xl and i wanted the small one so the sales guy ( really should of asked his name) helped me price match the other size since they were out. I didnt have to go to another store after such a long day I just wanted to get home to my kids. So thank you so much for also being so kind and making sure i found the right ink when i was standing there feeling stupid cause i had no idea what i was looking for. lol
