Terrible customer service. Don't stand behind the electronics they sell. Replaced my printer after it stopped working due to manufacturer defect with the same model. I asked what happens if it stops again (as apparently this model is susceptible to this malfunction). They told me buy the extended warranty in case it happens outside of the period they cover, then wouldn't replace the item when it stopped working due to a manufacturer defect again!
