I wish I could give this store no stars. I’ve used them multiple times in the past and never had an issue. Recently I had a rather large job, and had to go back three times before it was right. The last visit I sat there for 4.5hrs while they helped other people (after they told me they would fix it and I could wait). And then the manager came over to “help” and refused to help me and had a nasty attitude. Danielle and Evan in Print and Copy just finished going the extra mile to help me in a copy project. Honestly it was not a big order, but an important order, and they were super awesome.
Good thing I stopped by to get a 14x11 photo printed for this 14x11 picture frame. At least measure it before I leave the store. I got two photos and neither were even close to matching.
I'm a teacher and went to spend our yearly funds on much needed supplies. When checking out, there were some technical issues. Bobbie worked with me and took Care of the situation to where I was able to get the supplies rather than having to return to the store. He spent valuable time with me without any hesistation, exhibited excellent customer service, and went over his call of duty to make sure this teacher was able to purchase supplies for the classroom.
