Got a great deal on a printer 9/4/18.
I have stopped at Office Depot on the west side twice today. The first time we stood at the cash register and no one ever came to check us out so we left. I came back this afternoon to drop something off to be printed and purchase the items I wanted to buy this morning. The one person in the print department told me she was to busy for me to drop something off to be printed. Really?!? Office Depot does not allow negative feedback on their webpage. This store is understaffed and has poor customer service. 10 people were in the check out lane. No one else in the store would assist. Typical.
Went there to get 3 documents scanned and put on a thumb drive so I could email to a customer. Was told there was a 2 day wait 5 employees behind counter 2 was working 3 just standing around. One of the employee that was working come asked how can I help you. When I told her what I needed she said there a 2 day wait!! Really something that takes less then 5 minutes!! I went to Office Depot today to get some supplies I was donating for a backpack giveaway. The staff, especially Austin (I think that was his name), was SUPER friendly and helped me with everything I needed. I don't normally shop there but because of today's experience I will be returning in the near future. You guys have a great team!
I hate this place. I needed to make copies and the machine jamed. I was looking for poly mailer bags. They don't carry them. Many bubble mailers but no poly bags. When I was ready to check out the girl at the regular register said I had to go to the print area. She was busy helping someone with a detailed copy order. I stood there for 10 min before the girl at the regular register called me over to check out. If there was another office place on the west side I would never come here again. I have a bad experience every time.
