Went to this location (Greenwood, IN) today as a laptop we bought less than 2 months ago crashed over the weekend. The person I was told to speak to was not in yet, so Al was called over. He was great! He looked at my laptop, which, well, came right up! UGH Felt like a fool, but was told an update came out a couple days ago that crashed many computers, and appears mine got stuck in a loop. KUDOS for Alycia in the Copy & Print Dept in the Greenwood, IN location!! Her customer service skills are way above average but her heart is huge! Very impressive employee. I needed enlarged pictures for a charity bake sale and by the time I left, Alycia had not only helped me with the posters, she also promised to attend the bake sale.
