RecommendedHad issues with a new chair . Couldn't find the receipt but they looked my card up and had no problem helping me . They even went beyond and assembled a new one to make sure of no more issues . I believe his name is Gregg that helped me . Skinny short white guy that assembles your product . He rocks and is a worker. Why you haven't made him a manager yet is beyond me . Workers are hard to find . You rock Gregg if that was your name .
