Ordered a file cabinet on line, twice, and both times it was sent to me damaged. All the ones in the store were dented and their selection was very limited. But the worst part about my experience is that this company cannot keep track of returns and communicate properly. They sent a trucker to pick up the damaged cabinet days after I notified them it had already been picked up. Worse customer service ever. Must be nice to talk to your ride home for several minutes while you have customers waiting in line then clock out and leave while someone is still standing in your line without saying anything but "I've been here since 10". And that's only one complaint of many that occurred
Took my wife’s iPad mini in Monday after spending over 2 hours on phone with Apple and no help. My wife took to customer service desk while I went to restroom by the time I got back to front of store (less than 5 minutes) it was repaired Wish I had got gentleman’s name they were greAt
