Literally the worst experience every time.
I bought online for pick up a "new" modem. When I opened the bag at home later that day to get it set up I realized it had already been opened. I figure that it had been a return and didn't mind. Tried to get it set up and it did not work. They never tested it out to see if it worked before selling it to me as "new". I processed the return that same day. I placed an order for two posters in person on Friday around noon. I was assurred the posters would print that evening and I would be contacted the following day to come for pick up. When I had heard nothing by noon, I started trying to reach someone in the print shop. I was put on hold fopr over 20 minutes. I gave up, hung up and called again. Another 20 minutes on hold. As soon as I entered the back of this line, I put everything back, and I immediately left. Life is too short to wait in line when you can order supplies online with less waiting and free delivery.
The manager of this store has some serious issues. Every time there is a promotion on gift cards he is pulling all kinds of shenanigans to prevent people from purchasing them. Previously I have seen him remove $200 denomination cards from the rack, hide the promotion sign, even place another rack in front of the side with Visa/Mastercard gift cards. If he sees a customer at checkout with gift cards he will come over to stop the transaction and say gift cards are cash only, a policy I have never seen at any other Office Depot... read more
