Went there last week and wanted a copy. Told to sign in and take a seat on the office furniture with over 18 people waiting. With Covid we should not be sitting in furniture and have at least 6 feet social distancing. It is not practiced at this store. Over an hour for one picture after I watched people laying on desks, putting their feet on furniture and sitting so close to each other in office Chairs. Gross and bad service
Terrible service! Very very slow employees working “Print & Copy” department. Less than 13 people helped in a 2 hour period. Unbelievable! People are leaving because the wait is so long. DO NOT COME HERE IF YOU’RE IN A HURRY!!!
This has to be one of the worst places in Laredo. The manager doesn’t know how to run her store. I have to come print items out weekly for work and every time I come it’s the same thing. the front cashiers are packed full of employees with 0 customers. The printing area has massive lines with 1-2 employees. The employees have no drive. No sense of urgency.
