A WASTED TRIP!!! Called the store in Ormond Beach, Fl seeking a small laser printer, I was told they had one so I drove 40 minutes to buy the printer only to find out that the lady I spoke with doesn't know the difference between laser and ink jet. Then I was told the store in Daytona had the small laser printer. So after an appointment in Palm Coast I called to be sure they had the small laser printer and was assured they had one. A wasted trip!! Went to print yesterday and it is self serve and cashless. They wanted me to put $.12 on my CC and then hold $5.00 until the $.12 CENTS clear. I absolutely refuse to use my CC for $.12 CENTS. This is absolutely ridiculous and I will not be returning to any Office Depot again!!
Idiots stopped accepting cash!
