Terrible. They locked their doors before their posted closing time. What shitty customer service.
Lisa in the printing department went above and beyond to make sure the signs for my daughter’s wedding were perfect after a few measuring miscommunications. She was very understanding and willing to make sure they turned out how we wanted them.
went in today and had a question about my page that i was printing (the bottom portion was getting cut off) and Angie… had a nasty attitude from the start. I usually can do the printing myself but had a little issue… there was nobody waiting or in front of me so i don’t know what the issue was…. i asked her why she had an attitude and continued to be a RUDE and said “since i have a attitude i guess i won’t help you” … the other worker helped me NO problem and was so sweet … not sure if Angie had an attitude because it was a ... read more
