just had the worst experience ever. left the stores in literal tears. went to purchase a modem/router combo. I had even called ahead to ask Sydney (the.girl who answered my call) to hold it up front for me. I was gonna be in and out as fast as they could check me out. as soon as I walked in, two men we were sitting up front started immediately badgering me about not wearing a mask. I went in today to get some stuff printed out. Lady working in the printing was rude. She didn’t want to help me, give me a quote. Just kept saying well it’s going to be this price and that price. She made me feel like you guys didn’t need my service. She had no hospitality and treated me like I was trash.
They helped carry by big tote box full of financial papers that needed to be shredded. They always have nice, friendly service especially at the copy station.
I decided to try Office Depot again although they always get our order wrong, but I needed something quick. BAD MISTAKE!!!!! It was suppose to be delivered on 11-3, I am still waiting, but their website and agent says it has been delivered, but they cannot tell me when or anything regarding delivery. They HAVE to be the most unreliable airheads in this town. This is the same thing they told me last time I ordered. The agent goes on to say, do you want me to refund the order that did not arrive?
