The customer service sucks to put it mildly. And trying to order to do anything via their website is a laugh. They have a Star Teacher program but to use it is extremely difficult. I had asked one of the employees a few days ago about how it works and what he told me was as bad as dealing with the IRS and we all know how that is! I will shop at Sam's Club or WalMart for what I need. It is just not worth the hassle to try to get anything from Office Depot. Too bad there is not a Staples around this area. I would go there!☹️
I received an apology from the manager for the incorrect pricing. I was able to pick up my items free of charge.... 10 posters priced at $926.30. Only after I contacted the corporate office.
My mother just left your store wanting to pick up her laminating. She was not able to pick it up because you told her that it was $900!!! That is insane!!! This is even after she spent money in your store. It would be one thing if she was laminating for a company but she just had some posters for her classroom. I can tell you right now, you will not need to worry about our business or any of our friends and family coming there any more. Highly disappointed.
