They have very poor customer service. Nobody bothers to offer to help, and when you ask someone they get upset or moody. Absolutely not recommending this place or going back to purchase anything. The surprised it hasn't shut down!!
customer service sucks, products are crap and break easy and they don't care. they wouldn't fix it or replace it. so Walmart gets my business for now on. office depot will not get another dime from me.
Save your time and go somewhere else. They have no clue what they are doing.
Regular customer , rewards member, had a ups shipping label printed for an envelope I already bought there. They wanted $1 to use their tape roller to affix the label. 1986 in Lauderdale Lakes, by my house, they opened the first store. Had been a faithful customer since then. Not anymore.
I love the place because they get what you done and you get a great discount for being a part of LegalShield
Poor customer service. Manager was short with me and very unapologetic. I will gladly take my business elsewhere.
