This store routinely cuts employee hours or just doesn’t schedule them if they do not have enough people signup for the ‘rewards’ program. The same program that they sell your information to other companies.
This is by far the worst service i have ever received. The store manager is rude he clearly doesn’t understand customer loyalty and or service. He always has more than enough staff of the clock and they never help out there is always a huge line at print and copy and he really doesn’t do the Office Depot brand any good . I go to office depots all the the time and gave never experienced this kind of customer service.
