Stood in line for 20 mins and wasn’t even acknowledged!! Going on 30 mins and have yet to tell anyone what I want or what the cost will be. Never again will I come here!
How does this place stay open? Waited in line to get something printed for 30 minutes. Only one guy behind the counter working. Manager came by and smiled saying that guy was only one who could print address labels...really? That’s a problem. Ended up at Staples. I’ll return to this store when you know what freezes over!

Horrible Customer Service! Not shocked that their google reviews say the same thing! I sent an email in with attachements to printed this morning. After about 45 min I had not recieved any conirmation so I called to check before driving all the way across town to pickup my documents.
