Customer service has become a nightmare. Had a small order placed online. I received an email that it was ready. Went to pick it up, she couldn't find it. Asked me to wait while she had someone check in the back. She waited on the next person. No one from the back obviously responded to her. She said hello is anyone hearing me., Instead of checking as to what the issue was, I was pushed to the side again. Every time I try to get something done at this store it either gets messed up or there is nobody working in the printing department. Today I went in to get some prints made off of a USB stick, the worker was hesitant and asked “what kind of prints?”...honestly I didn’t know how to respond. Then I was informed that nobody was working in that department today. I wanted to say “let me behind that counter and I’ll do it myself!” How does an office store with a printing department not have someone who can print documents? Pitiful... read more

Worst customer service!! Walked up to the counter said three words and got cut off with "we don't do that!" Even the employee that was helping another customer was shaking her head and saying it. neither of them let me even finish what I was asking. Why you can't use a drive to print something off is beyond me but if that's the case then be polite about it. Let the customer finish speaking THEN answer. I doubt these two could get a job at McDonald's #ridiculous
