Just had a superior customer service experience at the Monroe Office Depot. My daughter was trying to get some photos printed for her Science Fair project, and our printer wasn't cooperating. Very late in the day, I called the Monroe Office Depot in a panic, and Quez in printing was extremely helpful and amazing. He calmly told me how to email everything to him. Self serve copiers down (12 cents) staff behind counter ran copies when I requested help- then charged full service 60% more, never quoting a price before, after not willing to discount - after I asked- no signage- if I had a bigger job and wasn’t quoted I would have walked out without paying I was so mad at the poor customer service- it was all excuses and not their problem. Only $8 difference. I would have been happy Meeting in the middle.
Bought HP ink and installed it. My printer said the cartridge was damaged and no good. This is the 3rd time this has happened out of 6 times I’ve bought it at Office Depot. I’ve bought same ink at Walmart 30 times and never had it happen. Either they handle the cartridges carelessly or sell old ones. Done with you
