This place just lost my business! I walked in, asked if they could photo copy one sheet for me. I was told “NO” because there were label orders emailed in that needed to be done and it wouldn’t be fair to do my “one” sheet before them. Really??? I have a lot of my business labels and cards made here. Never again! I went to USA Print, AWESOME costumer service! The young man made my copy in less than 2 minutes. They will defiantly be getting my business from now on.
A big shout out to a young lady whose name tag read 'Kayla.' I went in at lunch time. She was busy, phones ringing like crazy, but was great with assisting me on locate an item. Kayla could have easily said that if there weren't anymore on the shelf, then we're out, but she used her store product locater device to see if there were any in the store and there wasn't. I ordered through Amazon which Office Depot was the 3 rd party seller and I purchased some items described as one thing and deliver as completely something else. Office Depot would not do anything to remedy the situation! I definitely would never buy anything from Office Depot/Office Max ever again! I even received a nice letter from Office Depot saying they were not going to fix the issue! The description I purchased actually read for Baby Alive Dolls and I received paper clips!!!

Their store is incredibly dirty, there is dust everywhere and spills on their display desks.
They use to be super supportive of teachers by not making teachers stick to the limit rule when buying supplies. This year even teachers are on the limit. If I need 20 notebooks, but you only allow me to buy 3, you are literally forcing me to go somewhere else. I use to go to Office Depot to get everything I needed for my students, not anymore! Not only is that an issue but I have two kids of my own and between the 2 of them we needed 4 composition notebooks... You would only allow 3!! I can't even buy what they need from th... read more
