Have been wanting an office chair for awhile and they had a sale on. An employee asked if he could help. I asked my questions and he answered them fully. Kept looking and another employee asked if he could help. Asked more questions and decided to buy. Was going to get it assembled. Employee took it to check out. Every time i go there, i am really impressed by the people working in the print/copy department. They really have their act together. The company is lucky to have such good employees.

Customer service was not important at all. In fact, a worker decided (during mid transaction) to go drink her coffee a friend brought her and handed me off to another person who didn’t help. On my way out the door I let two other “chatting” workers know that there was no one there that was helpful. Do not go there unless it’s a last resort.
