It's the place to go when you're feeling too good about yourself or maybe looking for some much needed torture. Thanks to this place Walmart might get two stars.
I needed 25 invitations printed, 2 per page, and I paid more for those than I originally paid for the 50 I had printed elsewhere!!! THE REASON I'M GIVING YOU ONE STAR, I ASKED FOR THE INVITATIONS TO BE CUT AND WAS TOLD THAT THE 'CUTTING CHARGE' WOILD BE 39 CENTS PER CUT!!!! THAT IS ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS!!!! AND THE FACT THAT MY INVITATIONS WERE CROOKED!!! I WILL NEVER USE YOUR PRINTING SERVICE AGAIN!!!!
I bought a double pack ink cartridges a few weeks ago. The 2nd cartridge wouldn't work. It'd say counterfeit cartridge detected. They wouldn't replace it without the box it came in and the other cartridge. Whose gonna save the stuff?
I just paid $10 to fax 5 pages.... Never again! I will be going to the library next time and fax for about $3.
I have been to this location 4 times to print documents for school and every time I have had the worst customer service. The only reason I have returned is because I do not know of any other printing store. Today's experience 7/26/2015 at around 6pm was unacceptable and extremely disappointing. After waiting in line behind two other customers we reached the counter and we're not greeted, looked at, or acknowledged.
