I normally go there to print docs for my business but will never go again, extremely slow, all docs are printed the wrong way and there is a worker called like me which is horrible

This location is always slow, rude and understaffed. I hardly never complain. But today broke the straw that held this straw management together.
This place will give you the worst customer experience in your life!!!! Last week M9nday evening their manager called the police and stated that my brother looked suspicious! Due to her ignorance of racist sterotyping he was forced to the ground and handcuffed by the police in front of his kids!!!! So the next time you walk into their Miami Lakes location and try to spend you hard earned money think twice; their manager might get you killed!!!!!!!
