Terrible service, horrible manager. They don’t stand behind their products.
Seen a laptop on line that was available at the store. Went to store and had to show the the lower price of $369 for the HP. Get home setup computer and what pops up on Facebook on the Office Depot page is the same computer same specs for $339. Why do people bother to go to a store to make purchases when they can get it cheaper online? I will shopping for all my office supplies at Staples for now on. Even if I have to drive to Athens. Do not buy Canon printer at this store! I bought nasty a** clothes, and sheets shoved in the box! Which tells me they were selling returns anyway!! No product at all! Sorry as hell! So far spent 45 minutes on hold with the 1+800 number . There is some sort of vinyl tile where the printer should be. WTF??
I was just blown away by an awesome experience...Lee (store manager) just bent over backwards to help me out on a situation. I ordered some stuff online and a desk from my order got backordered, he tracked me one down from another store and delivered it in his personal truck to my office...this kind of service is rare now days...customer for life. I'll never shop anywhere else in the Shoals area for office supplies!
