Flexible, attractive business spaces Great concept: flexible space (can expand as needed adjacent to your starting space -- or even contract, I suppose), with every employee able to see green space and get outside easily. We tend to undervalue it, but we definitely saw an improvement in morale when people could see and actually go outside. (Mild winter helped.)

We also had a choice of different locations around Santa Fe, although as it happened our starting space requirement limited our choices somewhat at the time.
