I ordered HON office chairs from Office Chairs Outlet sometime in the Fall of 2025. The customer service team kept me informed of the status of my order but eventually informed me that HON would not be shipping the model I ordered to the US anymore due to tariff issues. They quickly gave me recommendations for similar chairs from other manufacturers, all of which were comparable to the chairs I had chosen originally and they would honor the original price quote. The perfect place to get good deals; Staff and sales employees are really useful, they gave me all the necessary information to buy the right chair for me. They had plenty of chairs and office furniture; some new, others used, but in great conditions all of them.
