I’m very unsatisfied and appalled by the way this company handles their business!! My daughter utilized their services for her dental work yesterday. We prepaid 2400 dollars for two hours of anesthesia. Her procedure went longer then expected, and there was a remaining balance on her file. The office manager NAN refuses to send us a claim to send to our insurance company so that we may file the claim and pay in full the remainder of the balance.
