Horrible customer service, I called the day before to verify business hours for the Fourth of July and the day of. I was told both times they are open from 10a to 8:30pm i arrived at 5:30pm with one of the employees locking the doors. I suggest the company get someone to answer the phone who actually knows the business hours and understands English.
My experience at off the top nails was horrible to say the least I waited hours before being seen and once seen by a nail tech I was give the most horrible customer service ever !!!
