Our small company has been storing a work vehicle with OTS for 2.5yrs now. The team at OTS have been friendly and accommodating with arranging facility access for us at all times. However, it is the little value adds that make all the difference, such as the running of vehicles monthly to maintain batteries & circulate engine fluids and most recently they were extremely helpful in facilitating access on-site for a mobile car service. Thanks Mark, great service, 5 stars. Ben

Even before we started storing our caravan at the Tingalpa storage site, Mark went above and beyond to try and contact me when he realised his emails weren't getting through (even I didn't know that was happening). Now that's customer service indeed. The convenience of the location, the cleanliness of the storage facilities and the security is second to none, and the ease of contacting him to let him know when we need to access the caravan or otherwise, is a breeze. I've used off the street storage for storing my jetski over the last year. They have been fantastic to deal with and their facilities have made using my jetski a breeze. Would use again!!

Great facilty, safe and with everything you need on site for cleaning/hosing down etc. The staff are very helpful and easy going, efficient communication and a pleasure to deal with. Would absolutely recommend Off The Street in Lytton to anyone!
