This was our first visit to Off The Hook, didn't know what to expect. The food was amazingly good. We had the specials, salmon with winter veggies YUMMY and short ribs. My husband said they were the best he's ever tasted! The mussels in a mustard beer sauce were very fresh, and made a wonderful starter. Four thumbs up! We will be back.

The food and the service were outstanding!! Fresh fish, delicious calamari and the best tiramisu we've ever had. Cozy & comfortable, the restaurant feels like home. We're definitely going back!

Great service. Food was awesome. Would definitely go back. If lunch is that good, I definitely need to try the dinner menu.
Best meal we had all week in bethany. Every other place is the same. Overpriced average to below average food. Off the hook is a legit foodie spot, where a serious chef is putting the plates together. Everything we had was great. Scallops, salmon, crab cake, calamari, it was all fantastic.
Now I know why Off the Hook is number 1 on the 10 best restaurants in Bethany Beach...friendly services, unique, well plated & delicious meal...our stay is only 5 nights & we will be back for a second meal
