I had a very disappointing experience at Off the Grid. The manager was extremely unprofessional from start to finish. They repeatedly used inappropriate language and cursed in front of children, which was completely unacceptable for a business that serves families. On top of that, every time I tried to speak or explain my concerns, I was constantly interrupted and not allowed to finish. Was great with old management but now they switched and I wouldn't recommend staying here with new management woke us up at ten am yelling and cussing at us claiming we owed a lot of money when we literally paid half off the rent last night they continually knock on the door giving attitude while we are trying to pack and find a way to a new place and a place for all of our stuff gabby the new manager is very unprofessional and shouldn't be working in a position or company like that
