Amazing customer service & family friendly. Our 5 year old was so relaxed on the tandem kayak that he fell asleep. We enjoyed the 2 hour kayak tour & loved the ability to use the tandem kayaks with our boys. Would definitely recommend. 😊
We had reservations for 10 people but no one answered the phone or responded to any emails until the next day so unfortunately we never got to experience our kayak trip that we planned and reserved with OTD. Wish they would have answered their phone and communicated better.
We had a stellar experience with OTD...very responsive and courteous email exchange resulted in a very relaxing and scenic kayaking excursion on the Upper Iowa this past 4th of July weekend (just when we thought everywhere was completely booked)! We were hoping to visit and see Bluffton, however in hindsight believe we lucked out by avoiding the traffic and "party scene" that direction, (esp. over the holiday weekend).
