Jordan at Off the Charts SF is top-tier. Super knowledgeable, patient, and actually listens to what you’re looking for instead of just pushing whatever’s popular. He put me onto exactly what I needed, explained the differences clearly, and the recommendations were 🔥 quality. Great energy, great service—definitely ask for Jordan if you’re there.
Ophelia helped me out and it was absolutely amazing!! Greatest service I’ve gotten at a dispensary especially as a queer and trans person. Ophelia changed my name in the system to my chosen name which is very much appreciated and makes me feel a lot more comfortable to go in but also just gave me beautiful vibes and energy. Just went in to my regular weekly place, and not only were they out of my product, but the manager with the brown hair was incredibly rude and curt with me when I asked about pricing and discounts. This has become the most expensive store around me, and I used to appreciate the service. After today I’ll be taking myself somewhere else. I get that you may have a bad day, but you work in a weed store. Chill out. Happy to take my business to Purple Star where the customer service is always superb.
I have been going here since they opened and I’m going to say I really like and their selection and the deals they give their customers. Right now they are giving a punch card for visits and rewards free items or discounts after set visits! They also have happy hour early in the morning and right before they close. This is a great dispensary with tons of product. The most in San Francisco apparently. Great deals. 10 dollar pufferz, 10 dollar 1/8ths and everything else. Plus a loyalty card. I "highly" recommend.
