They are awesome. 5 stars no doubt . I was a purple star customer. But this is the best shop and has more variety and definitely affordable. I wouldn’t call it “cheap” I call it affordable since there’s a lot of people who need it and are on a low budget. I love this guys, I def give them tons of credit. GO. Good hours 6 am to 10 pm. Hands down one of the best dispensaries I’ve been to. The staff was super welcoming, knowledgeable, and actually took the time to help me find exactly what I was looking for. Great prices, solid deals, and a really clean vibe inside. The selection was 🔥 and everything was organized well. You can tell they care about customer experience here. This is my favorite dispensary. I feel like a kid walking into a candy shop Everytime I go in. They have an insane amount of products, more than I have seen at any other dispensary, walls covered from floor to ceiling in everything you can imagine The staff is always so nice and helpful. They even have a stamp card so for the first 5 visits you get a rewards then 10 visits then 15. Bring a friend for 25% off and a penny item.

Jordan at Off the Charts SF is top-tier. Super knowledgeable, patient, and actually listens to what you’re looking for instead of just pushing whatever’s popular. He put me onto exactly what I needed, explained the differences clearly, and the recommendations were 🔥 quality. Great energy, great service—definitely ask for Jordan if you’re there.
