Staff is very polite and knowledgeable. One of the best meats in the city. Properly priced for the quality you get.
Showed up without calling ahead and was immediately served by Fred. I told him I was looking for some steaks and he brought out the most beautiful steaks I’ve ever seen! The marbling was incredible! While eating it I finally understood what people meant when they say it melts in your mouth, it was so tender and juicy. Will definitely only ever buy steaks from here!
Four times we have ordered, two orders were for holiday meats. The name says it all: Off the Bone, can’t wait for Thanksgiving 2025 The order, is what I ordered, how I ordered it, and ready when I asked for it. I am giving a two thumbs up, and 5 star rating for the whole team at OTB. This is your butcher, and his name is Fred. ORDER once, and you’re a customer for life; and that’s a good thing ;)
Thanks guys, my steak dreams have been answered. Been looking for really good quality, thick steaks without breaking the bank. Freshly cut the morning of, they come vacuum sealed, drop it in a sous vide as is, pat them dry, season well and sear em up hot. They just make it that easy, will be back again before next weekend for another dozen steaks!
