Made an appointment so I would''t have to wait all day. Got to the appointment on time, only to be told it would be all day wait. Manager tried to explain some garbage explanation. I said fine as long as you take my truck in at the appointment time it would be fine. He said no. So I left. Don't bother making an appointment.

I ordered a roll n lock bed cover from offroad warehouse. The box arrived looking like it went to Afghanistan and back, dirty, wet, and crushed. The cover was damaged and clearly had been attempted to be installed and returned. Drill holes, missing hardware, and severely damaged. The serial number showed that this cover was produced in 2022.
